A brief introduction to yourself?
Christina @kisowa, I am 8 years old, I live in St. Petersburg, Russia.

How did you develop your fondness for karate?
At what age did you start learning karate?
Since my older brother was engaged in karate, I was sent to the sport from the age of 4.

What drew you to Karate out of all other sports?
I started competing at the age of 6, participated in 17 tournaments, and earned 17 medals (🥇8, 🥈2, 🥉7).

What is your style and what rank do you currently hold in karate?
Our club @alfa.karate performs only in the Kumite category of the Olympic version of WKF karate @worldkaratefederation.

What do you like more Kata or Kumite?
I have never practiced kata, although I like watching the performance of children, Kumite is still more interesting.

What was the highest prize you won?
At the moment I have an orange belt in karate. I haven’t won any serious tournaments yet, as the national championship isn’t held for my age, I didn’t participate in international tournaments. I am the winner of the championship of St. Petersburg and several interregional tournaments.

Do you take karate as your profession or is it just a hobby?
At the moment, karate is just a hobby for me, but I take them very seriously, because.

What motivates you the most about your profession as an athlete?
I have many friends in the club, we support each other and this strongly motivates us to go forward to new sports heights.
