A short introduction to yourself?
We are the Branch Sisters.

What sports do you practise?
Jiu-Jitsu.

How did you develop your fondness for your sport and at what age did you start learning?
Through a friend. Daniella started in Jiu-Jitsu when she was 8 years old, but before that, she practised another sport, Taekwondo, when she was 6 to 7 years old.
Manoella Ramos started in Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 7 but she has also practised another sport, Muay Thai, but it was in Jiu-Jitsu that they meet.

What is your style and what rank do you currently hold in?
Daniella Ramos orange and white belt. Manoella Ramos grey belt.

Do you have a favourite Sensei?
Master Paulo Nogueira.

How did you get into this position and how did your journey in this sport go?
With a lot of training, focus, dedication and love for Jiujitsu.

Do you take sports as a profession or is it just a hobby?
A hobby that could become a profession in the future.

What challenges have you faced in getting to where you are now? You can also share any injury story. We, athletes, face daily challenges, unfortunately in Brazil jiujitsu doesn’t have great recognition, besides being an “expensive” sport, but God has placed incredible people in our lives who believe in our dreams.

What motivates you most about your profession as an athlete?
Our motivation is to make our dreams come true through sport.

Do you have anything you want everyone to learn?
Yes, Jiujitsu.

What tournament or match you have won are you most proud of and why?
Daniella Ramos World Championship and Manoella Ramos Challenge King Of De Champions
