Negin Altoni a karate athlete.

A brief introduction to yourself?
Negin Altoni, born on 1/3/2001, is a member of the Iranian team. At first, I was not very interested, but over time, I became interested in my abilities in this field. I started karate to spend my free time.
How did you develop your fondness for karate?
My family (parents) loved that I train in the martial arts field.
What drew you to Karate out of all other sports?
Although my mother was interested in Taekwondo, I chose karate because the karate club was close to our home.
At what age did you start learning karate?
From the age of 12.
What is your style and what rank do you currently hold in karate?
International Vadorio.
What was the highest prize you won?
The best Award that I got, I can say my parents’ laughter when they saw my success also bronze medal of the 2018 youth Olympic games.
What do you like more Kata or Kumite?
Kumite.

Do you have a favorite Sensei?
Yes, Sensei Samaneh khoshghadam, I am happy that in the youth national team I was her student. With my dear parent’s unceasing support, my path was extremely uneven, I practiced with my father in the park for about 18 months without a coach before being fixed in the national team.
How did you get to this position and how was your journey being in this sport?
Karate is a big part of my honors and bittersweet moments, but I have great educational conditions, so I continue both of them together.
Who’s been an inspiration for you throughout your sports journey?
My parents.
Do you take karate as your profession or is it just a hobby?
There are many challenges and obstacles along the way But the only thing that I do, preparing my mind and think to positive points in any situation, I ignore the challenges and think about my goal and move on.
What challenges did you come across on getting where you are at today?
You can share any injury story as well.
Injury Before the 2018 youth Olympics games: part of my ankle was injured in the training. so it had a lot of pain, but I did not attend to it then I participate in these championships.

What motivates you the most about your profession as an athlete?
Yes, I am extremely motivated to get more honors.
What are your strengths as both an athlete and as a person?
My strengths are that when I set goals and a plan for myself, in addition to a lot of motivation, I am extremely trying to achieve them.
