A short introduction to yourself?

I’m an athlete from Sul Matogrossense, an athlete of master Júlio Cesar Pereira,

technical director of GF Team and I currently live at the academy (@cachangabros)

How did you develop your fondness for your sport and at what age did you start?

I’ve always liked martial arts since I was a child and spent most of my childhood in a government social project in my state, that’s where I got to know judo and since then my passion for the sport of kimono has grown.

What is your style and what rank do you currently hold in (your sport)?

I like open guard better and I prefer passing in pressure. I recently returned to the sport after being away for 1 year on account of the army and I believe that this year will bring good results

Are you a member of any sports team? if not have you ever been?

Yes, GF Team competition team

Describe your major highlights and achievements in sports in the past.

For different reasons last year, I only fought 4 events and 3 of them was champion, but they are not of great weight

Are there any short-term goals you’d like to accomplish in the next few months to a couple of years?

At the moment I’m just focused on improving my jiu jitsu and working on my personal development.

Do you take sports as a profession or is it just a hobby?

As a Profession

What challenges have you faced in getting to where you are now? You can also share any injury story.

Only financial difficulties and injuries I have several but I am always taking care of and with the follow-up of a professional.

What motivates you most about your profession as an athlete?

I do it because I just love this life, it makes me very happy.

What tournament or match you have won are you most proud of and why

Brasileiro CBJJ 2016 because it was my first championship outside my state and the first event, I participated in CBJJ.
